We have full-time expert repairmen on the premises who only use original Black Paw® parts and accessories to ensure best possible repair job.

Best of all, all repair jobs on Black Paw® products are free of charge. If we cannot repair the defected item, we will then replace it with a new one, simple as that.

Click here to send us an email with your request. Please provide us with your item number, problem details and the shipping address. You will need the RAN before sending us the damaged merchandise. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping charge. After that, we will either repair or replace at no charge and ship it back to you also at no charge.
